I’m a strategic communicator who thrives where clarity matters most. With over 15 years of experience spanning communications, diplomacy, politics, and defence, I bring a steady hand, strong editorial judgment, and an instinct for messages that cut through complexity.

My career has been shaped by work in high-pressure, high-visibility environments, where the stakes are real and the margin for error is slim. I’m often called upon when leaders need clear thinking, disciplined messaging, and communications that align purpose with performance. From this experience comes a deep belief that thoughtful, well-crafted communications don’t just inform, they build trust, and move people to action.

My academic path, including studies at Georgetown University, the Royal Military College of Canada, and the University of Ottawa, reflects a passion for lifelong learning.

I founded Northmere Strategies to offer strategic communications support that is intentional, credible, and fit for the moment.
